At equal distance from Valencia and Alicante, the villa on 176m2 with all modern comforts and a garden is situated in Orba in the urbanization of 'Porta d'Orba'. The house is built on 2 levels, only the main level is rented out. From the Naya (covered terrace) or the edge of the private swimming pool (4x8m) with jacuzzi, you have an outstanding view over the valley of Orba (with lemon, orange, almond, olive trees) and the Mediterranean sea in the background. Our house has 3 bedrooms with new A/C and mosquito nets, 2 with double bed, the other with 2 single beds. Living room, dining room, 2 bathrooms, 1 with shower / toilet and washing machine. The second bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. The fully equipped kitchen gives you direct access to the pool and terrace.

The stay was great, the house is very nice and it also has everything. I went with my family and they left us coffee, in the fridge with a complimentary bottle of Cava, beers, water, soft drinks, olives, snacks, etc., a nice touch. It has very nice views and is very quiet to rest. Good communication with the Hosts. Highly recommended.
